So... I basically never wear jeans. I just don't. In fact, I only own 3 pairs of jeans and that's probably just because I inherited 2 pairs! Really. I'm weird. Anyway, today was one of those days where all I wanted to do was lay around in the sun, but of course, I had THINGS to do. In the process of packing and cleaning through my wardrobe, I've finally found that it is time to get rid of all the things that were SO cool to wear to 8 AM... or 10 AM... or any time of day lectures in college. You know exactly what I'm talking about...
... those yoga pants that once were black, but have since faded to grey... those sweatpants that were 3 sizes too big when you bought them and are now bag-lady pants... those little cotton shorts that you swore you'd wear to the gym every day, but really just wore to sleep and then rolled out of bed and wore to class...
... yep. GONE! All of them! I figured that since I will be soon living an everso sophisticated European life, I need to start shedding some of my yucky American habits, and so, instead of looking like a bag lady, I wore these wide-legged jeans (inherited from Mum... it's truly great to be the same size!). I felt a bit like a disco diva. Oh, and if you didn't know... I'm actually part Cuban. No joke. Can you guess where it shows up? Oh yeah... it's the booty!
... and since it just wouldn't be a normal photo shoot for me if I didn't do something ridiculous, I climbed up on this bench and attempted to hang from one of the poles, but was a bit too short... even when I jumped... I tried...
