Rock My Body Zumba routine...


It's another lovely #FitFriday and this week, I have for you an easy cardio warmup routine that I used for jazz and Zumba classes.  It's nice and slow but keeps you low to the ground to tone thighs and gluts!  Add in the arms for some toning and to increase your heart rate a bit!  Please let me know what you want more of (stretching, cardio, dance, Zumba, etc.) so I can make more videos and be sure to check the : fitness tab to the left <<<
